Comarch ERP Enterprise Addons

Application Comarch ERP Enterprise Addons is an external application used for automation of the process of sending JPK_V7M files. The application is fully integrated with the Comarch ERP Enterprise System. It allows for signing JPK_V7M files from the level of CEE with the use of dedicated certificates (Qualified signature and CEE certificate)

It is necessary to use the most recent application version.

The application is a batch application, the signature is made in the Comarch ERP Enterprise Addons. The application is activated with the use of the button [Select action] → [Send JPK_V7M file] in the JPK_V7M declaration data. After clicking on the button, window with certificates is opened:

  • Qualified signature – used for signing declaration,
  • CEE certificate – enabling the access to kstore, where signed and encrypted files are stored.

After the declaration is signed successfully, it will be sent to the Polish Ministry of Financials gate.

Application installation file can be downloaded from validated pages, from Comarch Enterprise Aktualne wersje section. The installation of the application is required on every computer on which the process of signing files will be performed. The application works on computer with Windows system in version 8.1 or higher.

Note
If on a computer, there are two applications: Comarch ERP Enterprise Addons and Comarch XT Addons, only one of them can work at the same time.

If the window for signing the declaration freezes, it is necessary to verify the access to the component by opening: https://localhost:8086/config
