Application UPDAPV005992 Data update for Customizing JPK_V7M function allows for completing the JPK_V7M function in Customizing application, with default values generated earlier by the application. The application works as follows:
- data, such as number ranges, document types, document association types, is created and appropriate validations are added,
- Public key certificate is retrieved,
- JPK_V7M function is activated for the OLTP client, where appropriate data is completed:
- if Document management function is active, all fields are completed, including fields related to the functionality of sending JPK_V7M (Web service address, Public key certificate, section Document type, section Document reference type),
- if the function Document management is not active, only the following fields are completed: Number range and XSD location
- JPK_V7M function is activated for financial organization, where appropriate data is completed:
- if Document management function is active, all fields are completed, including fields related to the functionality of sending JPK_V7M (Web service address, Public key certificate, section Document type, section Document reference type),
- if the function Document management is not active, only the following fields are completed: Number range and XSD location.
The application is started during the system installation, but it can be also started manually from the level of Data updates query application, for example, if any errors occurred previously or after the functionality JPK_V7M is activated in a new organization. Filled-in fields can be edited.

After selecting the application, it is necessary to select the checkbox of a given database in the column Execute of the table and click on [Run application] button.
