Frameworks available in Comarch ERP Enterprise

The article describes the applications that are delivered with the standard system version and that can be installed as an APP – an extension of standard features.

APPs allow the following:

  • the use of additional functions like bank import, barcodes
  • the integration with other Comarch systems or those provided by third-parties
  • the implementation of dedicated frameworks that can be installed independently of the released standard version, e.g. Projects and Time Recording or Intrastat framework

 

Standard system version:

  • Base – provides elements affecting other frameworks that work with them: partners, items, customizing
  • System Management – provides system configuration and monitoring options
  • Sales – provides the options for handling sales processes
  • Purchasing – provides the options for handling purchasing processes
  • Inventory Management – provides the options for handling inventory processes
  • Calculation – provides the options for creating product calculations
  • Planning – provides the options for planning the material requirements of an enterprise
  • Production – provides the options for defining production processes
  • Financials – provides the basic bookkeeping options: keeping accounts and handling tax returns
  • Workflow Management – provides the options for automatic task distribution and controlling their processing. This is an ERP system component that uses the core features and functions of the system to map business processes.
  • Document Management – provides the options for storing and managing files generated with Comarch ERP Enterprise
  • Relationship Management – provides the options for planning, evaluating and tracking sales projects such as opportunities and campaigns
  • Compliance Management – provides the options for documenting and analyzing compliance with laws or guidelines, focusing on the processing of personal data
  • Controlling – controlling in Comarch Financials Enterprise also includes cost accounting for projects, operating units and other freely definable dimensions (e.g. customer, representative, item, region). All popular cost accounting philosophies can be included, such as full and partial cost accounting, contribution margin accounting or marginal costing. Controlling can also be used to analyze past costs, services and revenues and identify trends.
  • Software Development – provides the information on system development capabilities.

  • Import banks – imports banks via BIS into the system
  • Barcodes – manages barcodes (EAN-8, EAN-13)
  • BI – manages measures and dimensions of the Sales and Purchasing frameworks for business analytics purposes
  • BI Service – manages measures and dimensions of the Service framework for business analytics purposes
  • BI Financials – manages measures and dimensions of the Financials framework for business analytics purposes

    • Comarch ERP Enterprise Switzerland – version of Comarch ERP Enterprise tailored to the requirements of the Swiss market

    • Comarch ERP Enterprise Poland – version of Comarch ERP Enterprise tailored to the requirements of the Polish market
  • Comarch Financial Enterprise – handles accounting in the integrated framework Comarch Financials Enterprise
    • Comarch Financial Enterprise Switzerland – a version that provides additional applications and accounting changes dedicated to the Swiss market
    • Comarch Financial Enterprise France – a version that provides additional applications and accounting changes dedicated to the French market

  • Ecovium Ecommerce Suite – supports Comarch ERP Enterprise system integrated with the Ecovium system (provider of supply chain management solutions)
  • Discount Engine – handles uniform discounting in any integration with Comarch system
  • E-Invoices – handles e-invoices in ZUGFeRD, XRechnung or FatturaPA format
  • E-Payments – handles electronic payments on the German market, e.g. Paygate gateway.
  • Import exchange rates – automatically imports exchange rates (from the European Central Bank (ECB) or respective national central banks: (FCA) or the National Bank of Poland (NBP).
  • APP format – supports data transfers for export management; an app replaces the Format-Adapter and uses the Intrastat-APP to complete information
  • Import bank data – imports bank data from txt file
  • Intrastat – a system of statistics on trade in goods covering trade between EU member states, based on the declaration of imports and exports.
  • Tax status validation – automatically checks customer tax ID numbers in the GUS/VIES database
  • Partner dashboard – provides an overview of partners and related documents
  • Paygate – processes payments through the Paygate gateway
  • Projects and time recording – provides the options for managing, monitoring and invoicing internal and external projects, as well as the options for declaring and accounting the time worked on projects
  • Service – includes maintenance and repair of internal and external service facilities. Other services provided to external partners can also be mapped through the application.
  • Shipping – handles the shipping process

  • VLOG – integration with MHP Solution Group©‘s V-LOG shipping software. Shipping information is transferred to and from V-LOG. This makes it possible to create shipping labels and track packages in V-LOG using the data.
  • Multi-channel sales – integration with online stores, sales platforms and applications. Available adapters/integrations:
    • Amazon – integration with the Amazon platform
    • Cloud – Cloud integration allows you to connect to any external system (application, online store, sales platform), and exchange data between them
    • Comarch Webshop – integration with Comarch e-Shop
    • Comarch POS – integration with Comarch POS
    • Comarch SFA – integration with Comarch SFA
    • eBay – integration with the eBay sales platform
    • IBUS – integration with Comarch Mobile
