The Intrastat statistical procedures application you can define a procedure involved in trading of partner’s goods.

Statistical procedures are assigned:

• in the Intrastat data section → Statistical procedure field of the Partners application under Customer and Supplier views
• on the Intrastat data tab → Statistical procedure field in the line item editor of the Intrastat declaration propositions application
• on the Intrastat tabs → Statistical procedure field in the query pane and work pane of the Sales orders application
• on the Intrastat tabs → Statistical procedure field in the query pane and work pane of the Purchase orders application
• on the Intrastat tab → Statistical procedure field of the Distribution orders application

The application consists of a query pane, containing the standard toolbar, and a work pane.

Query pane

In the query pane, you can enter search criteria and filter the list through the action [Refresh].

Available search fields:

• Statistical procedure – filters the existing procedures by their identifiers. You can enter a value manually in this field or select it from the list available under the [Value assistant] button
• Description – filters the existing procedures to those with a description provided in this field
• Deletion marker – displays the objects marked for deletion (option: Marked as deleted), currently used (option: Not marked for deletion) or all (option: All)

Work pane

In the work pane, using the standard button available in the query pane, you can add a new statistical procedure by selecting the [New] button. You can also duplicate an already existing entry using the option [Duplicate] (only description is duplicated into a new line), delete the entry with the [Delete] button (as long as the value is not assigned to a partner) as well as mark an entry for deletion or remove the added deletion marker.

With the buttons in the work pane you can additionally sort the data in the table and export the search results into a file.

Available fields:

• Statistical procedure (mandatory field) – identification of statistical procedure. It can consist of 6 characters maximum (letters, digits, selected special characters such as dot, dash, underscore or their combination). This field is editable until the changes are saved.
• Description (mandatory field) – additional description identifying a statistical procedure
• Country ID – IDs of the countries of the organizations for which the Intrastat function has been activated (Customizing application → Intrastat function) and which are tagged as EU member states (Countries application → EU member parameter). In single-site environments, the additional columns with country IDs are not presented and the value is retrieved to the Intrastat declaration from the Statistical procedure column. For each of the countries, it is possible to declare an individual ID to be retrieved to the Intrastat declaration. If the field is not filled in, the value from the Statistical procedure field is retrieved to the Intrastat declaration.

Business entities

The following business entity is relevant to the Intrastat statistical procedures application: com.sem.ext.app.intrast.obj.IntrastatStatisticalProcedure. It is used, for example, to perform one of the following:

• assign authorizations
• set activity definition
• import or export data

Authorizations

Authorizations can be assigned by means of authorization roles as well as by assignment of organizations. The authorization concept is described in the article Authorizations.

There are no special capabilities for the Intrastat statistical procedures application.

Organizational assignments

An organizational assignment is not required for the Intrastat statistical procedures application.
