Sales channels: Shopware tab

The Shopware tab contains sections allowing the definition of settings responsible for connection with the Shopware online store.

API connection section

The section makes it possible to enter data allowing connection between the sales channel and the store to be established. Available fields include:

  • API URL (required) – in this field, it is necessary to enter the URL address of a Shopware store to be connected  with the ERP system
  • Webshop version (required) – in this field, it is necessary to select a webshop version used by the client from the drop-down list of supported Shopware store versions
Note
If a given webshop version is not supported by the adapter, it is possible to establish connection with the use of another webshop version used by the client. It is recommended to select a version whose number is closest to the number of the online store version.
Note
For versions 6.3.2 and 6.4.11, the section FTP connection and fields Shop ID and Localization ID in the Shop settings section are not available.
Note
For versions 5.2.16 and 5.6.2, the Sales channel name field is not available. For these versions, it is required to fill in the fields Shop ID and Localization ID in the Shop settings section. Also, selecting one of these versions activates the PANEL URL field.

A price group given should be compatible with the default price group set for the sales channel on the Shopware website. Other special prices added in sales price lists will be displayed to the logged-in client after the client is added to a relevant group in the Shopware store by the administrator.
