Output calculation types

With the use of the Output calculation types application, it is possible to print or send as a file information regarding generated calculation types, in accordance with defined parameters and settings. The output retrieves values entered in the application Calculation types.

Ouput calculation types

The application Output: calculation types is composed of the standard button bar and sections Parameters and Settings (described in the Output issuance settings article).

Section Parameters

With the use of the following parameters, the user can limit searching criteria.

  • Report title – contains the name of the report which can be assigned manually. The default value is Calculation types.
  • Type – this field allows for indicating one or more calculation types. The data can be entered manually or with the use of the [Value assistant], placed on the right side of the row.

Texts are printed in the language selected in setting as the application language.
Note
If search criteria and criteria for retrieving items are not specified, all available calculation types are retrieved to the report.

Customizing

The application Output: calculation types does not require additional settings in the Customizing application.

Authorizations

Authorizations can be assigned by means of authorization roles as well as by  assignment to organizations.

Special capabilities

There are no special capabilities for the application Output: calculation types.

Organizational assignments

To be able to see in the main menu and open the application Output: calculation types, the user must be assigned to the main data of the partner of a given organization. Assigning to an organization belonging to a specific organizational structure is not necessary.

Special features

There are no special features for the application Output application types.

Authorizations for Business Partners

The application Output: calculation types is not released for business partners.
