Campaign key figures

Topic overview

The success of a campaign can be measured with the help of key figures. You can set campaign targets by defining key figures and target values and then have the target achievement calculated. In the Campaign key figures application, you can define which key figures can be used in campaigns. A set of key figures is provided by the ERP system, e.g. the number of addressees, the number of opportunities generated as well as the revenue from opportunities won. It is also possible to add further company-specific key figures.

Definitions of terms
