Topic overview

By using the Business Intelligence for Comarch Financials Enterprise app, the Controlling view is available in the BI dimensions application. In this view, you define which dimensions are to be transferred from the postings in Controlling to Business Intelligence.

This article describes the BI dimensions that can be selected for Controlling. Information on the BI dimensions application and explanations of fields and actions can be found in the BI dimensions article.

In the Controlling data usages application, you can also define which posting data from Controlling can be used for Business Intelligence for which organization.

Controlling view

You can add the dimensions manually one by one or use the application-related action [Add all available dimensions]. Further information can be found in the BI dimensions article.

The following dimensions can be provided with the posting data from Controlling:

• Optional dimension 01 to 20 (GUID)

The optional dimensions to be transferred must first be entered in the Optional dimensions application in the Controlling framework.
