Application description
The Classification usages application is used to create a new classification usage or edit an existing one. With classification usages you can determine which classifications are used in the Business Intelligence framework.
The application is not divided into an identification pane and a work pane. It only has one work pane with one table.
In the table, enter the classifications to be used in the Business Intelligence framework in the following columns:
- Classification – select the classifications to be used in the Business Intelligence framework. Only classifications that are supported by the system are available to you.
- Organization – enter the organization for which the classification is to be used
- Export scope – specify whether the balance of a classification should be taken into account when exporting with the batch application Export classifications. A classification is balanced if all paths from the root to the leaf are the same length, i.e. all leaves of the classification are on the same level. The following selection options are possible:
- Only balanced classifications – only balanced classifications are exported
- All classifications – both balanced and unbalanced classifications are exported
