Topic overview

In the financial accounting, functions can be used by extensions that take into account the country-specific laws and requirements of different countries. This document describes the extension of the Fiscal years application for France. This enhancement is available to organizations for which the Financial accounting France function is activated in the Financial accounting function in the Customizing application.

Extension for France

The extension consists of two additional fields that are integrated in the application on the Financial accounting tab. These fields inform you whether and when the FEC posting file was finally created for the financial year.

The fields in detail:

• Final version of FEC – this field shows whether the final version of the posting file has been created for the financial year. This can be indicated by the following settings:
  • Not created
  • Created
• Date Final version of FEC – if the final version of the output file was created for the fiscal year, this field contains the date of creation.
