How to integrate Comarch e-Sale application with Comarch ERP Enterprise

Glossary

Comarch e-Sale is an online application (in Comarch Cloud) that enables you to handle sales through popular platforms such as Allegro, eBay, or Amazon.

Comarch (ERP) Webshop is:

  • An adapter that can be used to establish connection between Comarch ERP Enterprise and Comarch e-Sale
  • An online store that can be connected to using the Comarch ERP Webshop adapter

Requirements

In order to establish connection between Comarch ERP Enterprise and Comarch e-Sale application, it is first necessary to complete the preconfiguration process in the Multi-channel sales framework of Comarch ERP Enterprise; first, activate the Comarch Webshop and Comarch e-Sale functions in the Customizing application using the Active parameter.

Instructions

In order to establish connection between Comarch ERP Enterprise and Comarch e-Sale application, it is necessary to:

1. Order the full or demo version of Comarch e-Sale following the instructions

2. Log in to the administration panel of Comarch e-Sale following the instructions

3. Create a sales channel in the Sales channels application using the Comarch ERP Webshop adapter. On the Comarch Webshop tab, enter synchronization-relevant data available in the administration panel of Comarch e-Sale on the tab My ProfileMy e-SaleGeneral. The data should be entered in the appropriate fields:

  • Webshop URL – the address of the exchange server
  • Webshop Name – e-Sale name
  • Company name – the company name

4. Run the batch application Comarch Webshop activate synchronization using a password available in the administration panel of Comarch e-Sale on the tab My ProfileMy e-SaleGeneral.

After the synchronization is correctly completed, the Webshop Name and Company name fields in the Sales channels application are deactivated and have an informational function only.

5. Assign languages in the Comarch Webshop language assignments application. It is required to assign at least one language.

It is recommended to complete export and import operations in an appropriate sequence, described in the Multi-channel sales introductory article.

Messages concerning data synchronization may be previewed in the Batch jobs application by selecting a specific application and clicking the [Message logs] button. In Comarch e-Sale, messages concerning data synchronization are available on the tab SettingsEvent Log.
