The current version of the IBUS adapter is compatible with the following versions of Comarch Mobile Sales: 2022.0 and Comarch Mobile Management: 2022.0.
It is now possible to send different types of files from CEE to MOS.
The settings regarding the possibility of sending media can be defined in the application Items → view Sales (extension Comarch Integration BUS).
For it is possible to send a file type different than image, in the Type field, it is necessary to select the value Other media and make sure that the file has an appropriate extension.
Files with extensions .amr, .m4a, .mp3 are sent as recordings and files with extensions .pdf, .txt, .doc, .docx are sent as documents.
Both attachments from the tab Media PIM and added directly to the item, can be sent. The maximal size allowed for a file to send is 3 MB.
The PIM files are exported along with items through the application Export items.
