Inspection order postings

Application description

The Inspection order postings application allows reporting of quality control measurements. The purpose of the application is to collect all collected analytical results, including laboratory results. It is possible to enter different types of results:

  • Numerical – result value and unit
  • Verbal – e.g., yes/no, unchecked/marked, red/green, clean/incorrect, in range/out of range)

It is possible to directly open the Inspection order postings application using the Control Orders application, from the context menu.

The Quality Control Accounting application consists of:

  • Query panle – which allows you to define specific control orders for approval
  • Work pane – contains a table that allows you to enter the data of the actual quality control process

Query pane

The header of the application consists of a bar of standard action buttons and identification fields, used to define and search for the control order whose data (including parameters and methods) is to be displayed in the workspace table and then reported.

The application header contains the following action buttons :

[New] – allows you to create a new quality control posting

[Verify] – allows you to check the correctness of the entered data and verify that all mandatory fields have been completed. If data is missing or entered incorrectly, the field will be marked with a red triangle in the upper right corner of the field.

[Update] – restores the application to the previously saved version

[Approve operation] – allows you to accept the entered data and send it to the control order

Note
Cannot post results or processing time of a control order with a status other than Exempt
.

Identification fields available in the header of the Quality Control Accounting application:

Inspection order – a field divided into two parts. Allows you to enter the type and number of the inspection order for which the quality control results will be posted.

Item status – allows you to filter the data in the workspace by a given status:

  • (all) – displays all operations, regardless of status.
  • Unreported – displays operations that have not been reported.
  • Partially reported – displays operations that have been partially reported.
  • Reported in full – displays operations that have been reported in full.

Parameter – allows you to define the parameters to be displayed in the workspace table.

Method – allows you to define the methods to be displayed in the workspace table.

Work pane – table

The workspace table allows reporting of quality control measurements. The table displays data according to the set search filter in the header .

The table contains the following buttons and columns:

[Sort] – allows you to sort your search results

[Export to data file] – exports data from the table to a file. The file is exported in XLS format.

Item – this column displays the name of the item, according to the formula:

type of control order – number of control order – position of control order.

Example
For item 00020 from a type 120 control order with the number IA0016, it will be 120-IA0016-00020

Parameter – this column displays the parameter specified for the given control order item

Method – this column displays the method specified for the particular control order item

Date of change – this column displays the date and time of reporting the result of the inspection.

Employee – an employee who performs quality control and reports the results

Note
The employee must be assigned to the organization within which the control order is created.

Control result (measurable) – in this column enter the control result of the measurable parameter. The field is divided into two parts:

  • Value – the result of the control of a measurable parameter
  • Unit – the unit of the parameter

Control result (non-measurable) – in this column, enter the control result of the non-measurable parameter, expressed through text, e.g. white matte, compliant/non-compliant.

Execution time – this column displays the time to carry out quality control of a parameter expressed in a unit of time. The field consists of a value part and a time unit.

Realized (parameter) – a column with a checkbox to indicate that the posting of the item is completed. Checking the parameter realizes the item and blocks the possibility of editing it.
