Inspection order types

Application description

The Inspection order types application allows you to define the type of control order from which control order documents are created. The application contains a number of settings that can be configured as defaults for the corresponding type of control order. Each created type of control order is visible to all organizations. The exception is if the type will have a specific organization on the Permissions tab.

The application consists of:

  • Header- allows you to define the basic data on the type of control order.
  • Work pane – consists of the Documents tab, allowing you to define specific information on documents related to quality control.
  • Authorization table – allows you to define the organization’s permissions for a given type of production order.

Query pane

The header of the Inspection order types application allows you to define the basic data for the control order.

The header contains the following action buttons:

[New] -> [New] – allows you to add a new type of control orders

[New] -> [Duplicate] – allows you to duplicate a type of control orders. The button will activate when one of the existing types of control orders is opened.

[Save] – verifies the entered parameters for data correctness (just like the [Verify] button) and, if the verification is successful, saves the changes to the application. If the data is incorrect, the fields are marked with red flags and the type of control order is not saved.

[Delete] – allows you to delete the type of control order

[Insert deletion marker] – allows you to insert a deletion marker for the type of control order. In the case of deletion with a marker, the deletion will be performed from the application running in the background Reorganization of master data in quality management.

Note
When the [Insert deletion marker] action is executed, the system checks whether the type of control order is used in any goods receipt. If so, the deletion marker cannot be inserted. A message will appear indicating that the type of control order is used.

[Remove deletion marker] – removes the inserted deletion marker from the control order type

[Verify] – allows you to check the correctness of the data entered in the parameters and check whether all mandatory fields have been completed. If the data is missing or the entered data is incorrect, the field will be marked with a red box.
