- Comarch Mobile – a mobile application for sales representatives and mobile employees working outside the office, allowing the quick registration of sales orders and quotes
- Comarch Mobile Management – a Cloud-based application for executives and sales managers, allowing the management of mobile employees on any device, at any time
- Comarch ERP Integration BUS (IBUS) – an adapter that makes it possible to establish connection between Comarch ERP Enterprise and the applications Comarch Mobile and Comarch Mobile Management with the use of a sales channel
Requirements
In order to establish connection between Comarch ERP Enterprise and Comarch Mobile application, it is first necessary to complete the preconfiguration process in Comarch ERP Enterprise: adjust the settings of the Comarch ERP Integration BUS function in the Customizing application and activate it by selecting the Active parameter. Next, it is necessary to assign employees to appropriate organizations.
Instructions
In order to create a sales channel integrating Comarch ERP Enterprise with Comarch Mobile application, it is necessary to:
- Create and configure the sales channel according to the instructions
- Add an employee in Comarch ERP Enterprise according to the instructions
- Add a profile and user in Comarch Mobile Management according to the instructions
- Install Comarch Mobile application on a mobile device according to the instructions. Data will be downloaded from Comarch ERP Enterprise into the mobile database during the synchronization process.
Once the first data synchronization is successfully completed, objects defined for the sales channel used (e.g. documents, items, units) will be transferred to the mobile application.
