In the Intrastat delivery terms application you can assign delivery terms defined in the Delivery terms application with the EU country. Preconditions:

• the EU member parameter is selected for the country in the Countries application
• the Intrastat function is activated in the Customizing application for the organization established in the country for which a delivery term is to be added

The delivery term-associated value for the specific country will be retrieved to .csv file for Italy DEB external software.

The application consists of a query pane, containing the standard toolbar, and a work pane.

Query pane

In the query pane, you can enter search criteria and filter the list through the action [Refresh].

Available search fields:

• Delivery terms – you can type manually or select from the list a previously defined value in this field. The values are retrieved from the Delivery terms and are available under the [Value assistant] button.

Work pane

In the work pane, using the standard button available in the query pane, you can add a new delivery term by selecting the [New] button. You can also duplicate an already existing entry using the option [Duplicate], delete the entry with the [Delete] button as well as mark an entry for deletion or remove the added deletion marker.

With the buttons in the work pane you can additionally sort the data in the table and export the search results into a file.

Available fields:

• Delivery terms (mandatory field) – select a previously defined value from the list in this field. The values are retrieved from the Delivery terms. This field is editable until changes are saved.
• Country ID – IDs of the countries of the organizations for which the Intrastat function has been activated (Customizing → Intrastat function) and which are tagged as EU members (Countries application → EU member parameter). In single-site environments, the additional columns with country IDs are not presented and the value is retrieved from the Delivery terms column.

Business entities

The following business entity is relevant to the Intrastat delivery terms application: com.sem.ext.app.intrast.obj.IntrastatDeliveryTerms. It is used, for example, to perform one of the following:

• assign authorizations
• set activity definition
• import or export data

Authorizations

Authorizations can be assigned by means of authorization roles as well as by assignment of organizations. The authorization concept is described in the article Authorizations.
