The Comarch ERP Webshop adapter expands the Multi-channel sales framework with the possibility to connect to Comarch Webshop online stores. The adapter allows exchanging data with online stores through features available in the Multi-channel sales framework.
In order to make use of the Comarch ERP Webshop adapter, it needs to be made sure that it has been installed and activated in the Customizing application (Comarch ERP Webshop function). To create a sales channel integrated with this adapter, it must be selected in the Adapter field of the Sales channels application header.
Note
One online store may be synchronized with one sales channel. Synchronization between a sales channel and an online store is performed with the use of the Comarch Webshop activate synchronization batch application.

Applications, views, and additional tabs of the Comarch ERP Webshop adapter
The Comarch ERP Webshop adapter provides additional tabs, applications, and views that can be used to configure Comarch Webshop store-specific settings. These include:
- Comarch Webshop tab in the Sales channels application – the tab is displayed after selecting Comarch ERP Webshop in the Adapter field of the Sales channels application header. It allows the user to configure connection between a sales channel and a specific online store.

In the case of the Comarch ERP Webshop adapter, only one sales channel can be integrated with a single online store.
- Comarch Webshop extension/tab in the Items application – the tab is available in the Sales view after selecting the Comarch Webshop extension under the [Select and organize views] button. The Comarch Webshop additional tab allows the user to, for instance, add labels such as New product or Promotional product to items. Also, it makes it possible to provide an item with an additional unit of measure or prevent selling it by marking it as Not available.
- Comarch Webshop activate synchronization application – it enables connection between a sales channel and an online store
- Comarch Webshop export exchange rates application – it allows exporting the main and additional currencies into an external system. The application synchronizes data entered in the Currency and Exchange rate usage fields of the Sales channels application.
- Comarch Webshop transfer metadata application – it allows exporting into an online store such data as collection points, language assignments, and sales representatives together with their images added on the partner form
- Comarch Webshop item sets application – it allows creating item sets and adding freebies for Comarch Webshop stores

Handling of items
