Output calculation schemas

With the use of the Output calculation schemas application, it is possible to print or send as a file information regarding generated calculation schemas, in accordance with defined parameters and settings. The output retrieves values entered in the application Calculation schemas.

The application Output: Calculation schemas is composed of the standard button bar and sections Parameters and Settings (described in the Output issuance settings article).

Section Parameters

With the use of the following parameters, the user can limit searching criteria.

  • Report title – contains the name of the report which can be assigned manually. The default value is Calculation schemas.
  • Calculation schema – this field allows for selecting one or more calculation schemas. The data can be entered manually or with the use of the [Value assistant], placed on the right side of the row.

Texts are printed in the language selected in setting as the application language.

If search criteria and criteria for retrieving items are not specified, all available calculation schemas are retrieved to the report.

The output printout presents the results of selected calculation schemas. Descriptions of fields available depending on selected output medium can be found in the Calculation schemas article.

Customizing

The application Output: Calculation schemas does not require additional settings in the Customizing application.

Authorizations

Authorizations can be assigned by means of authorization roles as well as by  assignment to organizations.

Special capabilities

For the application Output calculation schemas, no special capabilities are available.

Organizational assignments

To be able to see in the main menu and open the application Output: calculation schemas, the user must be assigned to the main data of the partner of a given organization. Assigning to an organization belonging to a specific organizational structure is not necessary.

Authorizations for Business Partners

The application Output calculation schemas is not released for business partners.
