Querying and editing a storage unit list
Preconditions
You can only edit the storage unit list as long as it has the status Storage unit list generated.
Instructions
- Open the Storage unit lists application
- Enter the identification of the storage unit list in the Storage unit list field
- Select the [Refresh] button in the standard toolbar
- The entered identification is validated and the specified storage unit list is opened.
You can now edit the storage unit list.
Outputting a storage unit list
- Open the Storage unit lists application
- Open the storage unit list that you want to output
- Select the [Output storage unit list] action
- The Output loading list dialog window opens.
- Select the [Output] or [Display button to output the storage unit list
- The storage unit list is output.
Closing a storage unit list
Preconditions
A storage unit list can only be closed if it has the status Storage unit list generated. The associated inventory management server must be active. If the inventory management server is not active, the action can still be executed so that the storage unit list will only be closed the next time the inventory management server is started.
Instructions
- Open the Storage unit lists application
- Open the storage unit list that you want to close
- Select the [Close] action
- The application triggers an action that causes the inventory management server to close the storage unit list. If the inventory management server is active, the storage unit list is closed promptly.
