Customers

The Customers tab lists customers attached to a specific instance in Comarch Logs View application. The list provides the following information:

  • ID – resource identification
  • Program – program that has registered in the application (e.g., ERP Standard, Data Service)
  • Computer – name of the machine that has registered in Comarch Logs View application
  • User – name of the logged-in user who has registered in the application
  • IP Address – IP address of the machine
  • Port – port number on which connection between the machine and Comarch Logs View application was established. Value 0 indicates no connection
  • Online – status of connected customer:
    • Yes – connected customer
    • No – disconnected customer

If the program does not have any uncompleted tasks and its status in the Online column is No, it can be removed with the button [Delete] available in the drop-down menu on the right side of listed record, as shown in the figure below.
