After redirecting to the proper address in your browser, a logon page opens.

When you log on for the first time, a user with administrator privileges is created. You then need to enter a new login and password meeting the following security requirements:

• lower-case letter
• upper-case letter
• digit
• special character
• 8 characters minimum

Once you have logged into the application correctly, the main logs view window will open.

From the main window you can proceed to the following tabs:

Dashboard – in this tab, you can monitor the system and handle requests

Users – in this tab, you can manage users. This tab is only visible to a user with the administrator role.

Customers – in this tab, you can manage the added customers or component installations on specific machines.

Settings – in this tab, you can configure the application

Logs – in this tab, you can load and analyze downloaded logs
