Item list settings
Parameter settings related to the display of the item list may be modified either after selecting the [Settings] tile or from the context menu available on the item list.
Settings
In this section, it is possible to specify:
- whether item codes are to be shown on lists
- which item view should be default in the application (List or Catalog)
- the number of pictures presented in the catalog view (from 1 to 4)
- which part of an item name is to be cut if the name is too long
The image below shows the method of presenting items in the catalog view when one line displays a single item.
In the case of long item names, it is possible to cut the middle, end, or beginning part of a given name.
The image below shows the application view after modifying the parameter for cutting a part of item name.
Searching
In this section, it is possible to define the criteria by which items should be searched. If the default option All is selected, items are searched by names and codes. Selecting the parameter value enables the user to define whether searching should be carried out only by codes or only by names.
Additionally, for efficiency reasons, a parameter has been added that determines the number of characters that needs to be entered to start searching. By default, searching an item by name or code starts after entering the first character. The parameter value can be changed at will.
Customer list settings
This option is the same as the [Settings] option available on:
- the list opened by selecting the [Customers] tile
- the list displayed when issuing a document after selecting the [Documents] tile
- the list of customers presented when scheduling an action
- the list displayed when changing a customer in a document header
Selecting the Customer List Settings option opens a new screen with customer list settings.
Tabs
The user may select tabs to be available in the customer menu. Additionally, it is possible to change their order.
On customer list, show
