Completing an appointment without an appointment template entered is similar as in the case of completing an appointment with a template. The only difference in the latter case is that when the user taps the appointment completion icon, the application displays the template selection screen shown below.

Owing to that, the representative may choose a relevant template with elements required in the course of an appointment with a client.
