- Comarch Mobile applications do not cooperate with devices based on x86 architecture (e.g. devices with Intel Atom processors)
- Meeting the minimum requirements will enable the application to run. However, to ensure efficient and fast operation of the application, device parameters should be adjusted to the size of the database and the amount of transferred information. We recommend that you rent a specific model before purchasing it (if possible) and check whether it will meet your requirements.
- The technical requirements given above refer to Comarch Mobile version 2022.1 and they are subject to change as the application and mobile technologies evolve
- In the case of Samsung devices without a system audio recorder, it is necessary to download the Samsung Voice Recorder app using the official Samsung Galaxy Store for sound attachments to work properly
