Document registration

In Comarch Mobile application, it is possible to register the following documents:

  • Sales order (SO)
  • Sales quote (SQ)

Documents may be added in the following places:

  • Customer form details:
Customer form, adding document
  • Documents screen:
Documents screen
  • Customer list:
Customers screen

A new document screen is opened after the user selects a relevant document type.

Note
If the sales representative can issue only one document type, the document type selection screen is not displayed. In turn, the application immediately opens the document registration screen.

To register a document, it is necessary to complete the following stages:

Selected document items
  • Confirmation
Selecting Confirm option upon closing document
