Manual discounts

Comarch Mobile Sales application makes it possible to define a percentage discount on an item of an issued document. Defining a document item discount in the simplified or full calculation view reduces the value of a given document item.

A document item discount may also be added in a document header.

Percentage Discount field in document header

The value of the Percentage Discount field is transferred to all the items added to the document cart. Both on the item list and in the cart, the percentage discount value and the discounted value for a unit price of an item are marked in green.

Discounts on item list
Hint
If a discount has already been specified for a document item, determining the value of a percentage discount in the document header sums up both the discounts.
Example
An I1 item with the regular price of 100 EUR has been added to a document and a 10% discount has been applied on that item (either as a manual discount or as one resulting from promotions defined in Comarch ERP Enterprise system). The item’s price is therefore set as 90 EUR. Afterwards, a 20% percentage discount has been defined in the document header. The header discount is added to the item discount, so the final discount on the I1 item is 30%, and the final discounted price is 70 EUR.

It is possible to prevent the user from entering a document header discount by deactivating the Modification of document item prices and discounts parameter for a given document type in the user profile in Comarch Mobile Management. More information on the configuration of user profiles may be found in the Step 3 – Adding a profile and user in Comarch Mobile Management article.
