Comarch Mobile version 2022.5 integrated with Comarch ERP Enterprise has introduced the possibility to download documents from Comarch ERP Enterprise to the mobile application. The application downloads the statuses of all documents, thanks to which users can find out what the stage of a given document is in the ERP system. Additionally, for documents issued in the mobile application, the application downloads all changes made in the ERP system.

The possibility of downloading documents from the ERP system allows the sales representative to preview the history of documents issued for customers the representative is responsible for. This way, it is possible to check, for instance, the most frequently purchased products. In addition, when deleting a mobile database, the application’s user may download all issued documents, which allows the user not to lose the history of his/her work with the mobile application.
