The following permissions are used in Comarch Mobile Management:

• Access to Actions module:
  • Addition of appointments – it allows adding appointments
  • Confirmation and rejection of appointments – it allows confirming and rejecting scheduled appointments
  • Access to all actions or Access to actions from user regions or Access to user actions – they determine the scope of access to the module\
• Access to Regions module:
  • Modification of regions – it allows editing regions accessible by the user
  • Access to all regions or Access to user regions – they determine the scope of access to the module
• Access to Routes module:
  • Copying of routes – it allows copying routes
  • Saving of route templates – it allows saving route templates
  • Access to all routes or Access to routes from user regions or Access to user routes – they determine the scope of access to the module
• Access to Employees module:
  • Access to all employees or Access to employees from user regions – they determine the scope of access to the module
• Access to Customers module:
  • Access to all customers or Access to customers from user regions – they determine the scope of access to the module
• Access to Sales Plans module:
  • Modification of sales plans – it allows editing sales plans
  • Confirmation and closing of sales plans – it allows confirming and closing sales plans
  • Access to all sales plans or Access to sales plans from user regions – they determine the scope of access to the module
• Access to Reports module:
  • Access to all reports or Access to reports from user regions – they determine the scope of access to the module
• Access to Route Templates module:
  • Modification of route templates – it allows editing route templates
  • Access to all route templates or Access to user route templates – they determine the scope of access to the module
• Access to Appointment Templates module:
  • Modification of appointment templates – it allows editing appointment templates
• Access to Template Elements module:
  • Modification of appointment template elements – it allows editing appointment template elements
• Access to Directories module:
  • Modification of directory items – it allows editing directory items
• Access to Vehicles module:
  • Modification of vehicles – it allows editing vehicle forms
  • Access to all vehicles or Access to vehicles from user regions or Access to user vehicles – they determine the scope of access to the module
• Access to Configuration module – it grants access to the module
• Access to all information on Start screen – it grants access to information on the start screen. If the permission is not active, only the information about the employee’s region will be displayed.

Adding new profile: Profile Permissions
