The Settings view allows you to preview and modify settings configured upon the first startup of the application, as well as to modify other features.
The view is divided into the following sections:
- Configuration
- POS Code – the code of the mPOS workstation assigned in the ERP system
- Memory Usage Logging – the interval of memory usage logging (in seconds)
- Store local settings in database – allows you to store local settings on your device
- External Devices
- Printer – allows you to set up a receipt printer
- Terminal – allows you to set up a terminal
- Disk Space Management
- Swap Files Storage Period
- Delete Full Size Images – prevents full-size images from being displayed in the item list
- Database
- Create Database Backup – allows you to create a database backup copy. By default, the copy is saved in the mPOS directory on your device.
- Upload DB – allows you to upload a database backup file
- DataService
- Save Swap Files – allows you to determine whether swap files related to data exchange between the application and the ERP system should be saved on the device. The feature is useful for the verification of potential errors.
- The remaining options make it possible to specify the host and port of the DataService data exchange service
- BackOfficeService – the options allow you to specify the host and port of the BackOfficeService data exchange service
- Auto Update
- AgentCode – the child agent’s code
- ProfileCode – the Auto Update agent’s profile code
- BrokerHost – the Auto Update Broker’s network address
- BrokerPort – the Auto Update Broker’s network address port
- AgentHost – the parent agent’s network address; if SSL communication is enabled, you need to enter the address of the parent agent as the domain name (IP addresses are not supported)
- AgentPort – the parent agent’s network address port
- SSL – enables SSL communication
- Agent Certificate Name – the name of the certificate generated in Comarch Update Agent
- Agent Certificate Password – the password for the certificate generated in Comarch Update Agent
- Update Check – update check interval
