To create an internal movement of items, press the [Internal Movements] button. The button is available in:

• The Start view (Warehouse section)
• The side menu (under the [Warehouse] button):

In order to simplify the process of transferring goods between warehouses from a given store, it is possible to handle internal movements (WM-) on the POS workstation. The process assumes that you do not need to generate release and receipt documents separately from one warehouse to another, because this is done automatically. The process involves:

• Receiving resources from another warehouse
• Releasing items by creating WM- documents between the headquarters warehouse and subsidiary warehouses

When you confirm a new internal movement, the application automatically generates the WM- documents.

Selecting the [Internal Movements] button opens the list of WM- documents whose source and target warehouses are the current mPOS warehouses.

The top right corner of the view contains filters with the following options available:

• Sort By:
  • Status: A-Z
  • Status: Z-A
  • Date of Issue: Newest first
  • Date of Issue: Oldest first
• Delivery Status:
  • All
  • Received by Target Warehouse
  • Unreceived by Target Warehouse
• Date (as a date range)
• Status:
  • Canceled
  • Confirmed
• Source Warehouse
• Target Warehouse

The top right corner also contains a magnifying glass button that allows you to launch a text filter field and search for a document.

To cancel filtering, select the [Clear Filters] button in the top right corner. The [Show Results] at the bottom of the view allows you to confirm the selected filters and narrow the list of displayed warehouses according to them.

In the list of internal movements, you can:

• Add a new WM- document by selecting the [Create Internal Movement] button
• Preview a WM- document
