Searching and filtering data in object lists

The upper part of lists of objects (e.g. items or trade documents) contains the text filter field, that allows you to search for a specific object.

The search feature:

  • Is not case-sensitive
  • Presents results containing the entered phrase

The upper part of the document list view contains options allowing you to narrow the results and sort them. The  button opens the Filters view, which, depending on the list, enables you to:

  • Define a sorting method – for instance, by date of issue:
    • Newest first
    • Oldest first
  • Select statuses to narrow the search results; available options include:
    • Canceled
    • Confirmed
    • Unconfirmed
    • Confirmed Quantity Total
    • Pending
    • Completed
    • Closed
  • Define the range of expected delivery dates or dates of issue
  • Define a target warehouse
  • Sort results by document type – options available in the list of warehouse receipts:
    • All
    • WM-
    • PO
    • POR

Defined filters may be cleared with the use of the button [Clear Filters] located in the top right corner of the Filters view. To filter search results, select the [Show Results] button.
