Downloading the Remote Assistance Program (Remote support)

Consultants are using a tool called TeamViewer to provide remote assistance to our clients. The program can be downloaded by pressing the Diagnostics menu in the Comarch ERP Optima SaaS application, and then clicking the Remote support button.
