As Comarch ERP Optima applications are made available to users via terminal services, some options of these programs are unavailable or do not work.
In particular, this applies to sending e-mail (except for the Mailbox as part of the CRM Plus module), making a phone call, browsing websites on the terminal and loading objects from the web (e.g. on the e-Store on Item tab, when inserting objects).
It is not possible to use Migrator and Data Collectors.
The limit for the size of binary data in a database is 2 GB. After exceeding 96% of the permissible limit, a warning will appear, and if necessary, contact Comarch to increase the limit with a fee. The size of the binary data can be checked:
– configuration database: Help> About tab;
– company database: Start > Configuration > Program > Utilities > Databases.
Requesting the addition of a database takes place from the level of the Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard web platform (https://www.online.comarch.pl/optima, Bazy danych – Dodaj tab). Using the web platform, it is possible to order a database deletion or generate a database backup to an account in the IBARD service (Bazy danych – Zarządzanie tab).
Access to databases is possible only with the Comarch ERP Optima program installed on dedicated Comarch servers. There is no other way to access the databases (e.g. directly from the Internet). It is also impossible to use any other applications on Terminal Services servers.
In the Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard service, the name of the database server should not be used in printouts, analyzes, filters, procedures, functions and SQL views.
