The request for restoring (connecting as another database in the installation) a database from the backup should be made via the WWW Platform. After logging in on the user account with administrator rights in the Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard system, select the Bazy danych – Dodaj tab, then select the „Odtwórz bazę danych z kopii zapasowej” option. In the request, please provide the name under which the database should be visible after restoration and indicate the backup file (only in .bac or .bak format), which will be loaded by the WWW Platform upon approval of the application.

Caution
If the backup file is incorrect, the request will be rejected. The reason for the rejection can be seen in the Bazy danych – Historia zgłoszeń tab.
Caution
Currently, a backup file of no more than 500 MB can be added by submitting a request. For larger files, please contact us at optima.chmura@comarch.pl.
