Message: „Client Error: Unable to Access Private Key”

If you are using CryptoCard Suite on Windows 64-bit, you need to install the 64-bit add-on for CryptoCard Suite. In the case of other applications (e.g. proCertum and PEM-HEART), the application should be updated to the latest version by downloading it from the manufacturer’s website.



Message: „Unable to create a virtual channel connection. Check in the Drivers tab on the login window of the Comarch ERP Optima SaaS application whether the virtual channel driver has been installed. HRESULT error code -214702480 „

From the level of the WWW Platform, file export in Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard is not possible due to the lack of possibility to support virtual channels. When using the Comarch ERP Optima SaaS application, make sure that the drivers for virtual channels have been installed in the Drivers section in the lower right corner of the application (by default, all drivers are installed automatically). Otherwise, reinstall the drivers by right-clicking and selecting „Run as administrator” option on the Comarch ERP Optima SaaS application icon. After that go to the Drivers section and click Uninstall all – Install all.
