Operator password reset

To reset the operator’s password in Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard, log in to Comarch ERP Optima as an operator with administrator rights, then go to the SystemConfiguration menu, select the ProgramUtilitiesOperators branch, select the operator who needs to reset the password and after opening the operator’s form next to the field with his acronym there is an option to reset the password. The new password is set by the operator right after logging in (if the option Operator password requirements is set) or after logging in in the SystemPassword change menu.

If the password of the operator with administrator rights has been forgotten, it is possible to reset it only with a signed and stamped (company stamp) letter sent in the form of a scan on the address optima.chmura@comarch.pl or to the report in the Ticket Handling System. The letter must contain: the company code, the name of the operator with administrator rights, to whom the password should be reset, and the e-mail address to which the new password will be sent. Before this operation, make sure that the installation does not have more operators with administrator rights and that the password for all of them has also been forgotten.




User password reset

In order to reset the user’s password to the Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard service, use the „Forgot password?” option available on the login window (both on the WWW Platform and in the SaaS application). After correctly filling in the required fields, a message with an activation link will be sent to the e-mail address assigned to the user. Link is valid for two hours. If it is clicked during this time, the user will receive a newly generated password via SMS. There may be 3 attempts to reset the password within 24 hours.

If the user’s contact details are not up-to-date, before requesting a password reset, the data should be updated from the level of the WWW Platform by logging in on user account with administrator rights and going to the UżytkownicyZarządzajZmień dane data tab. If the user who is the administrator has outdated data and requires a password reset, fill in form in accordance with the instructions contained therein and send it back to the e-mail address provided in the attachment.
