The user’s computer must be able to communicate with the Internet using the HTTPS and RDP protocols in the case of Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard services, using standard port numbers of these protocols. While users can usually use the HTTPS protocols, the TCP port 3389 used by the RDP protocol may be blocked on the user’s network devices.
Users can be logged into the service in two ways:
- through the remote desktop gateway
For proper operation, communication with the gw1.online.comarch.pl address on TCP port 443 is required.
This can be checked by executing the command line:
telnet gw1.online.comarch.pl 443
Additionally, UDP port 3391 can be unlocked. - via the RDP protocol. If the connection is not established, it means that the user has blocked connections on the TCP port 3389 with the Internet.
This can be checked by executing the command line:
telnet ts4.online.comarch.pl 3389
Until communication over TCP port 3389 is unblocked, Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard services based on terminal services will not run on the user’s computer. Communication with the following addresses should be enabled:
ts.online.comarch.pl
ts1.online.comarch.pl
ts2.online.comarch.pl
ts3.online.comarch.pl
ts4.online.comarch.pl
The connection to the Internet should provide a bandwidth of at least 2 Mbps per user working in the Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard system and must be characterized by high efficiency (> 99%) and short response times (up to 50 ms) for Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard terminals. The response time of the terminals can be checked using the PING tool in the command line, e.g .:
ping gw1.online.comarch.pl -t
