The Comarch ERP Optima CRM Plus module has a built-in e-mail client that can be used to send documents in electronic form directly from the Comarch ERP Optima program. The e-mail account should be set in the program configuration (Start tab> Configuration> Program branch> CRM> E-mail Accounts).

The possible ports for mail are: 110 and 995 for POP3; 25, 465 and 587 for SMTP; 143 and 993 for IMAP.
