To reset the operator’s password in Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard, log in to Comarch ERP Optima as an operator with administrator rights, then go to the System – Configuration menu, select the Program – Utilities – Operators branch, select the operator who needs to reset the password and after opening the operator’s form next to the field with his acronym there is an option to reset the password. The new password is set by the operator right after logging in (if the option Operator password requirements is set) or after logging in in the System – Password change menu.
If the password of the operator with administrator rights has been forgotten, it is possible to reset it only with a signed and stamped (company stamp) letter sent in the form of a scan on the address optima.chmura@comarch.pl or to the report in the Ticket Handling System. The letter must contain: the company code, the name of the operator with administrator rights, to whom the password should be reset, and the e-mail address to which the new password will be sent. Before this operation, make sure that the installation does not have more operators with administrator rights and that the password for all of them has also been forgotten.
