In order to reset the user’s password to the Comarch ERP Optima Chmura Standard service, use the „Forgot password?” option available on the login window (both on the WWW Platform and in the SaaS application). After correctly filling in the required fields, a message with an activation link will be sent to the e-mail address assigned to the user. Link is valid for two hours. If it is clicked during this time, the user will receive a newly generated password via SMS. There may be 3 attempts to reset the password within 24 hours.
If the user’s contact details are not up-to-date, before requesting a password reset, the data should be updated from the level of the WWW Platform by logging in on user account with administrator rights and going to the Użytkownicy – Zarządzaj – Zmień dane data tab. If the user who is the administrator has outdated data and requires a password reset, fill in form in accordance with the instructions contained therein and send it back to the e-mail address provided in the attachment.
