Standard logon
Once it is started, Comarch POS application displays the login window, in which it is necessary to enter:
- Login – an operator name; it can be either entered or selected from the drop-down list. The list contains external and general operators assigned to a given POS workstation.
- Password – a password to a given operator account
Note
An operator account and external password may be defined in the ERP system.
Before logging in to the application, it is possible to select an application language from among the available languages: Polish, English (US), German, French, Italian.
Note
Upon the start of Comarch POS application, it is verified whether the application version is compatible with the data synchronization service. If the version is incompatible, the application displays a relevant notification: “Comarch POS version is incompatible with data service version. Some of the application functions will be unavailable”.
Logging in with a card
The operator may log in to Comarch POS application using a magnetic card, without the need to specify a login and password. The feature is available after activating the parameter Login with user card in the ERP system.
Note
Card numbers must be unique – a given number may only be assigned to a single operator.
