The task list allows notifying Comarch POS users about:
- Pending sales orders downloaded from the ERP system; they are displayed with an appropriate processing status from a dedicated dictionary in the ERP system
- Documents to be received
- Generated or open inventory documents
- Documents to be processed by the Headquarters, such as returns to the central warehouse at the end of a season
- New label update requirements
Information on the number of tasks is displayed based on sales orders updated during the synchronization process.
When new task list objects appear on the POS workstation, an icon with the number of tasks to be processed is displayed next to the application clock.

Each message can contain:
- Subject – the subject of a message sent to the POS workstation
- Ended – this parameter, deselected by default, can be manually selected by a user or is selected automatically once the date specified in the End Date field expires
- Priority – allows determining the priority of a message (i.e. the sequence for displaying messages in Comarch POS); available options include:
- Normal
- High – it displays an additional exclamation mark icon by high-priority tasks in Comarch POS
- Message – a text field where messages or links sent to Comarch POS can be entered
- POS Centers – POS centers within the company structure that should receive a given message. At least one POS center must be active.
