Technical attributes

In response to customer expectations, the visibility of attributes can now be enabled or disabled in individual centers of e-commerce type.

Attributes can be tagged with the help of the existing parameter Preview available under the e-Shop section. In the newly created databases, this parameter is deselected, by default. It can be selected regardless of whether an attribute has been used in an object or not.

If the parameter is:

• deselected – attributes are not uploaded to e-Shop
• selected – attributes are presented on the object list in the same way as multi-company attributes and are uploaded to e-Shop

Certain changes have also been made to Attributes → Objects form for the objects named Item and Item Group. Conditions for an attribute with selected Preview parameter:

• Only centers of e-commerce type and their parent company are presented in the Company Structure window
• Technical Attribute column has been added; it is visible and editable only for centers of e-commerce type. This column is inactive for parent companies. If the parameter is:
  • selected and changes are saved – the parameter’s setting is uploaded to e-Shop
  • deselected and changes are saved – the parameter’s setting is not uploaded to e-Shop

In addition, a relevant message is displayed when saving changes on the object list. If the parameter is:

• selected – “Synchronize items in order to apply changes in the e-shop.”
• deselected – “Execute full synchronization in order to apply changes in e-shop.”

Uploading of off-the-shelf sets to e-Shop

It is now possible to upload from ERP Standard to e-Shop the off-the-shelf sets created on the basis of bundle discounts defined in Comarch ERP Standard system.

In center of e-Commerce type, there is a new parameter Export sets under Synchronization tab, which is used to activate synchronization of created sets for e-shop.

In the discount details window (Sales → Discounts → Discount Details → Items tab), there is a new column No. under Additional Items/Freebies tab, which specifies the order of line items (items) displayed in a set as well as up/down arrows used to change the order of items/item groups available on the list.

In addition, there are two new parameters: Set for e-shop that specifies whether to create and upload an e-shop set on the basis of a specific discount and Edit and process partially set that specifies whether it is possible to modify set elements and to sell it in case there are insufficient resources.

On the discount list (Sales → Discounts), there is a new column e-Shop Set that presents whether the option e-Shop set has been activated for a specific discount in the Discount Details window.
