In the Comarch Warehouse view of the warehouse to be managed via Comarch Warehouse application, enable the Managed in Comarch Warehouse parameter.

In the Comarch Warehouse view of an appropriate inventory order type, enable the Managed in Comarch Warehouse parameter.
