All the application lists allow you to filter data. The  button shows or hides the filter. Clicking the filter header opens the filter settings. In the filter settings window, you can choose criteria based on which you want to search for data and set the sorting method for search results.

The active filter is highlighted, while the following icons indicate the sorting method:

•  – sorting in ascending order
•  – sorting in descending order

When you navigate to a particular list, active filters are underlined and bolded:

After typing, or scanning, a given code into the filter, when only one item meeting the criteria is found, its form will be opened. On the other hand, if the phrase is assigned to two or more items, a list with items that meet the criterion will be displayed.

Document or item lists can be refreshed by pressing [F5] or selecting the  button on the filter bar.
