The following options are available to you when you process line items:

•  – cancels the processing of a line item (the line item is not saved; if you are re-editing the line item, changes are also not saved)
•  – proceeds to the next step
•  – returns to the previous step

To refresh the document list or a line item, press [F5] or select the filter button and press . By default, the list of line items displays line items that still need to be processed. To show the already processed line items too, press [To Be Processed]. Pressing the button changes the line item visibility setting to [All]. The list of line items displays the following information:

To increase the quantity of a withdrawn resource, press . To decrease the quantity of a withdrawn resource, press . You can also enter an appropriate quantity directly into the numeric field.
