Opening a document for processing displays a window divided into two sections:
- Document header and processing stage
- List of line items
The toolbar located at the bottom of the window contains the following options:
- [Complete] – confirms the document and returns to the list of documents
- [To Be Processed] – shows the criterion for filtering the document list (selecting the button allows you to display either all line items or only those that still need to be processed)
- [Additional] – allows you to enter notes (descriptions) or additional information (attributes) in the document header
– proceeds to the processing of the first line item from the list
After opening the document processing window, you can start processing a line item by selecting it from the list or scanning its EAN code with a barcode scanner. By default, a filter for searching line items by code is active. The filter is collapsed by default; to check its settings, select . Although it is collapsed, the filter is active all the time. As a result, typing a search phrase and pressing [Enter] starts searching for the line item.
Pressing the [Complete] button displays a message informing you about the document processing stage and asking you whether you want to finish processing the document.
