Production issues

Comarch Warehouse allows you to process production issue documents with the Released status. To start processing a production issue, go to the list of production issues by selecting [Production Issues], define an appropriate date range, and click the [Select] button.

In the list of production issues, select an appropriate document you want to process.

Filtering production issues

Selecting the  button display the filter field, allowing you to search for and sort data according to:

  • Type
  • Number
  • Item
  • Name

Processing line items

After you select a production issue, the application displays the list of its line items to be processed.

To start processing a line item, select it from the list.

If a line item requires entering an identifier, you will be asked to scan that identifier.

The next step is to enter the resource quantity to be issued for production. By default, the 0 quantity is suggested when a particular line item is being processed. To increase the quantity of an issued resource, press . To decrease the quantity of an issued resource, press . You can also enter an appropriate quantity directly into the numeric field.

Hint
You can issue more than the ordered quantity by specifying a higher value. Entering a negative value will “undo” the processing of a line item in the specified quantity.

Once you confirm the quantity with the  button, the application will return to the list of production issue line items and display an appropriate message confirming that the line item has been processed.

List of line items

You can filter the list of line items by code, name, and line item. All the list filters are available under the  button. For more information on the application filters, see the article Filtering data in the application.

Completing a production issue

To complete processing a document, press the [Complete] or button.

The application will then close the document and return to the list of production issues.
