Withdrawals from the ERP system

To start processing a withdrawal from the ERP system, go to the list of orders by selecting [Inventory Orders] and then [Withdrawals]. You can narrow down the list of withdrawals by selecting an appropriate date range.

List of withdrawals

In the list of withdrawals, select an appropriate document you want to process.

Hint
Processing priorities are normally determined by Comarch ERP Enterprise system. If they have not been transferred by the system to Comarch Warehouse, priorities are determined according to the following criteria and order:

  • Order assignment:
    • Assigned to the current user
    • Not assigned to the current user
    • Assigned to another user
  • Processing status:
    • In process
    • To Be Processed
    • Completed
  • Date of issue:
    • Oldest
    • Newest

Filtering the list of withdrawals

Selecting the  button display the filter field, allowing you to search for and sort data according to:

  • Type
  • Number
  • Source document
  • Priority
  • Customer

Line items

By default, the list of line items displays line items that still need to be processed. To show the already processed line items too, press [To Be Processed]. Pressing the button changes the line item visibility setting to [All].

The document header contains the following fields:

  • Customer name
  • Processed line items/All line items
  • Sales order number
  • Inventory order number
  • Delivery method
  • Document date of issue

The list of line items displays the following information about the line items:

  • Code and name
  • EAN number
  • Processed quantity/Total quantity
  • Location

If an item to be withdrawn is in a loading unit, the list additionally displays:

  • Unit code
  • SSCC number

Filtering the list of line items

You can filter the list of line items by code, EAN, name, and location. If only unprocessed line items are displayed and you enter an already processed line item in the search field, it will be found and the line item display filter will automatically switch to All. Processing a line item

After you select a withdrawal, the application displays the list of its line items to be processed. To start processing a line item, select it from the list.

The default sequence of processing steps is shown in the chart below. An optional step is marked in green.

Step 1

If the warehouse has a defined location structure, the first step is to scan the location code.

Step 2

Next, a window will open, where you need to confirm the item code.

If the scanned item code is incorrect, the field will be highlighted in red.

Step 3

The next step is to enter the resource quantity to be withdrawn. By default, the entire quantity ordered is suggested when a particular line item is withdrawn. To increase the quantity of a withdrawn resource, press . To decrease the quantity of a withdrawn resource, press . You can also enter an appropriate quantity directly into the numeric field.

Hint
You can process a line item partially by decreasing the withdrawn resource quantity. After processing a particular line item, you can either close the entire withdrawal or continue processing line items.

Once you confirm the quantity, the application returns to the list of withdrawal line items and displays an appropriate message confirming that the line item has been processed.

If you select a line item that has already been processed, the application will display an appropriate message.

Completing a document

To complete processing a document, press the [Complete] button.

The application will display the following message: “Are you sure you want to complete processing the document?“.

Selecting [No] returns to the list of document line items. Selecting [Yes] completes document processing and opens the list of all documents.

Note
If a user has started to process a document, the document is tagged with that user’s login. Other users can then preview such a document (within their company center), but cannot process or edit it.

If a document has not been fully processed, i.e. it still has some unprocessed line items, you can press the button to save the document and return to it later. In turn, selecting the [Complete] button displays the window shown below.

Selecting [No] returns to the list of document line items. Selecting [Yes] completes document processing and opens the list of all documents.

Hint
When you process the last line item of a given document, the document is completed automatically.
