Items

The application now allows you to access full information about items that can be added to trade documents. This makes it much easier to manage items with the application.

Item list

To view basic item information, select the new [Items] tile in the main panel of the application or the [Items] button in the side menu. The application displays all items as a list or as a grid of tiles.

• Search for and filter items
• Narrow the list based on groups
• Preview item details
• Add an item to a receipt

Searching for an item

In the item list, you can search for items using the text search function. You can also narrow the item list based on groups or different combinations of filters.

1.1.3   Preview of the item form

The application allows you to preview an item form to check all the information about a given item. To view detailed information about a selected item, double-click its name in the item list. The item form is divided into sections that contain:

• Item attachments
• Item description
• General information such as code, EAN, price, and VAT rate
• Available variants
• Stock levels
• Related items
• Price lists
• Item groups
• Availability in other stores
• Delivery methods
